The House Restaurant

The House is a restaurant in Brighton, located in The Lanes shopping center and pedestrian area. The coast is just a five minute walk away and the bus station is also fairly close by. The House is run by a family, which has a large covered and heated terrace. Inside, there is a common room and several smaller rooms which you can rent for a private party. The menu has a distinct Italian influence. The soup of the day costs 4.50 mushrooms in sauce cino to 5 pounds, no fried calamari, shrimp cocktail, duck rolls, all at less than 6 pounds. The Fish and chips are very good with a homemade tartar sauce, which costs 8.50.
