The Hole in the Rock

Coming from Moab to Monument Valley, you will find this place. It is closer to Monument valley, and is reach before getting to Mexican hat. The Hole in the rock, the hole in the stone. Do not worry that it is an unusual sign, I would say only one in the world, do you notice the phenomenon. Stop off on the way accompanied by a pair of crows that distrust daring feature of this animal, should be unique in its kind. Good save and photos on these endless roads.

the eye!

Within the tour we did entirely by the Navajo Reservation, we came to the foot of the mound-like, and where ancient Indians called it "the eye" the truth is well-defined. A large oval opening, and at her feet! on the rocks with beautiful Indian paintings in ocher and reddish pigments, of circular form schematic representations, zigzag geometric human figures and rituals and dances. The downside is that they are not very tall and unprotected, with the problem of oxidation and deterioration. We also visit the ancient constructions of mud houses, which has very simple day today no longer live, if it is used to see where representatively make memories that are for sale. And contact with Navajo guide the truth was not very cordial, rather dour looking eh; just for you to buy and hitting rush was a disappointment to both interest and unfriendly gesture! If it's worth the visit to see his paintings his prints !!
