Hind Hotel
The Hind Hotel is a charming hotel located in the center of Wellingborough (Midlands, Northamptonshire), which is from the XIIV century. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very nice woman with such a funny t-shirt, that I couldn't help laughing every time I went to drop the keys. Some disturbing points were: The water in the shower was not hot, boiling, but the little experience I have in this part of England, I have not managed to stabilize the water anywhere. The heating served its purpose, therefore it was not necessary to use a quilt (it was winter). However: The breakfast was very good.
The typical full English breakfast with a self-service mini juices, cereals, jams, etc.. The location is perfect, in the central square, a shopping mall and several supermarkets around near Morrisons, next to a Mcdonals, very very close to the street of the "pubs". If you make your reservation before arriving, a game of "Murder Mysteries" is prepared for you. I did not try and therefore do not have the details, but it's something like Cluedo. With themed rooms for the occasion, actors and dinner. The price was around £ 40 a night.
