Next to the Virgin of Pasico
Located a mile from Torre Pacheco is the Pasico hermitage. It is a rustic building that inside has a stone on the trunk of an almond tree with an image of La Piedad, that is known in the region as the Virgin of Pasico. The virgin is commemorated on Easter Monday, when the the inhabitants of the area offer carnations and spend the day with family.
