Ironically, finding English people in London is almost impossible! Sure, there are plenty of traditional pubs, but the customers always seem to be from Spain, Italy or France. So go to Camden, where you'll find the Good Mixer, a pub that has yet to be invaded by large numbers of tourists. The place has the ambiance of the Britpop era, with paintings and photos of bands like Oasis and Blur all over the walls. Amy Winehouse was a regular customer here before she became famous, and so was Pete Doherty, frontman of The Libertines and Babyshambles. We finally found a pub where it is rare to see a foreigner, so we had a great time here! It has a variety of beers on offer, a jukebox, and pool tables.
