The Courtyard the Cour Carrée

Intimiste, un peu en retrait de la folle animation et de l'agitation de la célèbre Cour Napoléon, cour principale du Palais du Louvre, avec sa célèbre pyramide, la Cour carrée, beaucoup plus calme, est néanmoins tout aussi admirable et agréable à découvrir. Décidée par François Premier, la construction fut lancée en 1545, et la cour fut modifiée plusieurs fois au cours de son histoire. On aime son architecture paisible, savamment étudiée et parfaitement symétrique.

J'aime beaucoup la cour carrée du louvre,son architecture est magnifique,elle est de style classique,donc typiquement Française.Elle se situe dans le 1er arrondissement de Paris entre la mairie et l'église Saint-Germain-l'Auxerrois. Un vrai bonheur pour les yeux!La fin de sa construction remonte au 17 ème siécle,sous le règne de Louis 13. Idéal pour une petite halte ou une petite promenade de nuit,la cour est très belle quand elle est éclairée!C'est un endroit assez calme loin de l'agitation parisienne qui mène au musée du Louvre.
