4 reviews of The Cotswolds

Incredibly manicured field

One of the most interesting trips that you can do from London is to take a road trip through the region of the Cotswolds in the center of the country. Not only can you tour some of the most interesting areas (historically speaking) in this country, such as Oxford, Statford-upon-Avon or Bath, but the route itself and the beauty of the road is a destination in itself .It's a landscape of gentle hills surrounding incredibly manicured fields where young people share a common feature, the honey-colored stone walls of their buildings. The area is worth several days of exploration, and above all, try visiting the little gems of the area including Chipping Campdem, Bibury, Boradway, Snowshill, Upper Slaughter and Lower Slaughter ...

I love the names of the villages in the Cotswolds. If you want to stay there, there are more than enough lovely B&Bs to choose from all around. Nothing can compare to the experience of an English breakfast in a cottage in the beautiful English countryside which has been homemade ... Another great thingto do would be to stay in any one of the castles in the area that also function as impressive hotels.

Bluebell Woods

As soon as May comes along, its Bluebell time. Badbury Hill (Clump) in the Cotswolds is my favourite spot.
