The Chaweng Lake

Getting off the plane in Koh Samui, we found this immense lake that seemed to divide the town of Chaweng. You can often see people fishing here, or even birds splashing about. It's approximately one square kilometre, and has a number of terraces where you can enjoy a drink. From Khao Hua Jook Pagoda on the top of the hill, you can enjoy the best views, and it's worth climbing up for a look.
