The Aurora Borealis in Greenland

I wanted to see the Northern Lights, and if you tour Greenland from September onward you are almost guaranteed to see these magical phenomena during the polar nights. Greenland is a great place for other pursuits as well - sailing between ice floes, or walking with crampons on glacier fronts that are thousands of years old.

Greenland is the traveler's paradise and a nature photographers dream. And when night falls raise your head toward the horizon with a cup of hot coffee between your hands and you will be mesmerized by the thrill of being one of those fortunate to watch the hypnotic and jaw-dropping dance that is the Aurora Borealis.
