Again, the friendly and welcoming owners of a hostel earn points. Well, and also preparing breakfast. Thailandwow is a hostel in Chiang Mai, one of Thailand's tourist spots (and thus, full of hostels), in which you feel at home and breakfast is great. Neuyna and Key, pictured, are brothers and opened this guesthouse, a little further away from the heart of the city, not a long time ago, so when I was there there were still renovations underway. But the rest is fine: in addition to some common rooms with bunk beds, they have a bathroom in the middle of the courtyard for brushing teeth or combing hair outdoors.
The entrance courtyard is the best, with its sun loungers, cat (in the other photo), tables and even a swing. They sell beer and the owners are usually there, talking about their day or doing chores. It´s a god-sent guesthouse. Thai prices and a good time.
