Japanese restaurant at EPCOT
Teppan Edo is a Japanese restaurant in the Japan Pavilion at Epcot. Here, you get a plate of rice, veggies, and either chicken, beef, or shrimp, and the dish is prepared right in front of you. The chef preparing the food is juggling his utensils and tapping the grill the whole time. The highlight was when he made a volcano out of onion rings. A lot of people don't like Japanese food because they associate it with raw fish, but everything here is cooked in front of you and is very, very good.
