A este templo acuden tanto budistas como hindúes, pues ambos creen que la deidad adorada en este lugar es una encarnación de alguna figura de sus respectivas religiones. Desde la calle tan solo un puerta con forma de arco indica donde está el templo, por lo que muchas veces puede pasar desapercibido. El interior es un espacio lleno de pequeño santuarios y esculturas sobre columnas. Dentro del templo se puede ver la pálida imagen dios cubierto de flores.
Se puede comprar maíz para dar de comer a las palomas y mejorar el karma, pero también la cantidad de estos animales dentro del templo con sus consiguientes excrementos y mal olor... Y es que huele muy mal en algunas zonas de este lugar.
