I am now in this wonderful restaurant. A colleague and I had dinner for $40 total (2 starters, main course and dessert). We ate rolls with mustard sauce, chicken wings with fish sauce and the most delicious duck in orange that almost brought me to tears! The desserts were equally as delicious. The atmosphere and staff were very friendly and sympathetic and well paced. The people even spoke English which is rare in Vietnam. The entrance is very elegant but well hidden. It's right next to a coffee shop called Fanny.
