Taungthaman Lake

The lake is famous for the Taungthaman U Bein Bridge that crosses it. It is the longest teak bridge in the world. The lake practically disappears in the dry season. There are some small lakes inside the Taungthaman that are rice plantations and are filled with fishermen. There is a bar and restaurant on the shore, perfect to relax and enjoy the views.
