Tasmanian Devil

The Tasmanian devil is the symbol of the small State of Tasmania. It´s a unique animal found on this small island south of Australia and nowhere else in the world. If you go to Tasmania or any Australian zoo you can see them, but be careful because some animals are a little aggressive and make threatening noises at strangers. Furthermore, when they become stressed, the let off a horrible smell. Like many of the native animals of Australia, it is a marsupial. It is carnivorous (the largest carnivorous marsupial in the world), black and small, but it has great strength that helps it shred its prey with great violence.
