Tasman Lake

Within the Mount Cook National Park, you can see the Tasman Lake with icebergs floating in the water. Getting to the end of the lake is about 20 minutes from the car park, and another 20 minutes to the viewpoint (counting only the journey going). If you dare, you can rent a kayak and get to the foot of one of the ice floes.
