Tapia de Casariego Viewpoint

Among the different viewpoints that I visited in the Asturian town of Tapia de Casariego, personally, I prefer the main vista point of Tapia de Casariego, from which you can see perfectly both the fishing port and fishermen doing their daily work, together with stunning views of the Bay of Biscay. We saw the Bay in action due to the nasty storm that struck in the middle of Easter. This vista point has been completely rebuilt and was opened last year, 2009, by the Ministry of Environment and Coastal Authority of Asturias, the work being co-financed with FEDER funds of the European Union.
