Espacio Natural Casa Tápena
El área recreativa CASA TÁPENA está situada en el término municipal de Onil, en la comarca de l'Alcoià. Se encuentra anexa a la ermita de Santa Ana a los pies de la sierra de Onil y el alto de Biscoy , todo en su conjunto al NE del casco urbano de Onil.
El espacio natural de la Tápena, con una extensión de 8,4088 has., es propiedad de la Excma. Diputación Provincial de Alicante. Cuenta con una hermosa casa y una balsa alimentada por un manantial permanente de agua de gran calidad. Todo ello configura un hermoso rincón en el que crece abundantemente la vegetación, entre la que se encuentran varios ejemplares centenarios y de gran envergadura, como olmos, pinos, tilos, carrascas y madroños, destacando estos últimos por encontrase allí algunos de los ejemplares más grandes de la provincia.
Cómo llegar
Se puede acceder a Onil desde Alicante por la autovía Alicante-Alcoy desviándose posteriormente a la derecha tomando la CV-815. Una vez en Onil se accede por la carretera que une Onil con Banyeres de Mariola (CV-803), a un kilómetro aproximadamente después de abandonar el pueblo nos encontramos el espacio natural a mano derecha.
Área recreativa

Junto a la zona de acampada se encuentra un laberinto vegetal de 7.056 m2 de superficie. La principal vegetación del laberinto son los cipreses (Cupressus sempervirens) contando en el centro con un cedro y un juego de intercomunicación para niños. Los alrededores están ajardinados y en el interior cuenta con un estanque.
La entrada es gratuita y solo cierra martes y miércoles. El horario es el siguiente:

Casa Tápena
El área recreativa cuenta con una antigua masía, llamada Casa Tápena, que en estos momentos no se encuentra en uso y cuya rehabilitación esta en proyecto por parte de la Excma. Diputación Provincial de Alicante.

Senderos de pequeño recorrido (P.R.V.)
PRV-160 Mas de Prats- Casa Tápena.- Comienza en la finca Mas de Prats en la comarca de l'Alcoià, y termina en Casa Tàpena, atravesando hermosos parajes como el Barranc del Sinc, el Barranc de Malafí y el Santuario de la Font Roja, discurriendo por las faldas del Montcabrer. Este recorrido coincide con el sendero de gran recorrido GR-7 que discurre por la Península Ibérica, a través de las comunidades de Cataluña, Valencia, Murcia y Andalucía.
PRV-141, Xorret de Catí-Casa Tápena.- Comienza en el paraje natual Xorret de Catí también propiedad de la Excma. Diputación de Alicante y termina en Casa Tápena estando señalizado a lo largo de todo su recorrido. Este sendero ofrece unas magníficas vistas de la Foia de Castalla pasando por el centro del municipio de Castalla.
The recreation area Tápena HOUSE is located in the municipality of Onil, in the region of l'Alcoià. The main vegetation of the maze are the cypress (Cupressus sempervirens) counting in the center with a cedar and a game for children intercom. The surrounding area is landscaped and the interior features a pond. Admission is free and is only closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Provincial Council of Alicante. Hiking Areas to visit small tour (PRV) PRV-160 Over Prats Tápena House. - Start Over on the farm in the county Prats de l'Alcoià, and ends at Casa Tápena, through beautiful places like the gully of Sync The Malafí ravine and the Shrine of the Font Roja, running through the foothills of Montcabrer. This tour coincides with the long distance footpath GR-7 which runs along the Iberian Peninsula, through the communities of Catalonia, Valencia, Murcia and Andalusia. PRV-141, Xorret de Cati-House Tápena. - Started in place of Cati Xorret natual also owned by the Hon. Provincial Council of Alicante and ends at Casa Tápena being marked along its entire length. This trail offers magnificent views of Ibi FOIA through the center of the town of Ibi.
