Classic Creole Food
Tap Tap has been opened in Miami for more than 20 years and is considered classic Creole food. Haitians are the third largest cultural group in Miami. Creole is the as popular as Spanish and English in Miami. You must not skip going to a restaurant like this. It is also one of my favorite restaurants in Miami because whenever I'm there, I feel like I'm at the table of a Caribbean grandmother that prepares me my favorite dishes of this region: fried taro, yams with gravy, okra, plantains, pie sweet potato. It is a dish served throughout the Caribbean.
I like to go with friends, order several starters and a main course- especially the fish- it is prepared in a delicious spicy sauce.
