Until recently it was like a small village with small houses, but you know how things change over time... most buildings in this small town are expanding and modernizing but there are still nooks and crannies that make you remember what it used to be like. The university is an important part of Taiwan culture and there one can find the 'love bridge', which is beautiful to gaze at the sunset.
