Try the Vermouth Cocktail!
So, I was taken here by the extremely-knowledgeable Kiwi food writer James Blick and he introduced me a La Concha's unique vermouth cocktails. They take a martini glass, add an olive, orange rind, and ice cube, then sprtiz the whole thing down (literally, from a spray bottle) with gin, and a few generous ounces of Spanish sweet vermouth, then top it off with a drizzle of Campari. It's delicious and packs a punch. They also serve beer, wine, and food, but we didn't try any!
