A simple restaurant
Cusco is a very touristy city, so you have to go out of your way to avoid the tourist traps. For me, the Tabasco was one of the best restaurants I found in terms of value. It was close to my hotel, the Pariwana, and offers a tourist menu for 15 soles with 3 courses. The variety is huge - soups and salads, pasta, meat, fish or chicken, pancakes, fruit, ice cream ... a simple restaurant with plenty of great food. The carrot soup was particularly delicious.
