The small Chinese Venice
The preserved historic houses lie among small traditional water channels by way of streets, which provide the Imperial Canal that served to supply water to the cities of the north, while it was the primary means of communication for moving troops and trade. These channels of Suzhou appear, as the Li River in the Chinese currency notes. The city is great for touring the craft markets ( such as those of silk), at prices are better than those that can be found in Beijing. But it is known for the number and quality of its gardens of UNESCO. It has monuments like the North Temple Pagoda. But Adena is
