Son muy diferentes a las tradicionales venezolanas que son famosas por “llevar de todo con todo”, ya que son hechas con un ideal más minimalista en el que la calidad de los ingredientes y preparación es lo más importante. Aun cuando sí son excelentes y totalmente recomendadas, lo que verdaderamente atrae en este sitio es el interés y quizá hasta cariño con el que el personal atiende a todos sus clientes; con el único motivo de hacer de sus cenas o hasta noches enteras tan placenteras como sea posible.
