Step of Glen Shiel

Between Fort Williams and Dornie, one step past the road to the Isle of Skye, is where you can enjoy the beautiful natural landscapes that accompany the route that follows the A87 road. One of these places is Glen Shiel, we go through as we go from east to west by that route. This valley and its passage has an area of ​​about 15 kilometers and is famous for the five mountains that make up the top, known as the Five Sisters of Kintail (the 5 sisters of Kintail). Its hub is a tiny village called Shiel Bridge. For nature lovers there's gorgeous mountain scenery that you can enjoy on foot, and of course the occasional lake, this place is the perfect place to stop on your way to the Scottish countryside.
