A nice monument
The son of Henry II, Richard I of England, known as the Lion Heart, was born in 1157 and died in April 1199 after an arrow wound. He was King of England for ten years, from 1189 to 1199, and a poet and famous writer in his day. Regarded as a hero, his body is buried near his father's in Fontevraud Abbey, while his heart lies in the crypt of the cathedral of Roeun, and his bowels in the church of Chalus Chabrol castle.
