La iglesia más bonita de Vallecas.
La construcción de la Iglesia de San Pedro Ad-víncula, en el año 1600, se debe a Juan de Herrera, el conocido artífice del Monasterio de El Escorial. La torre actual es obra de Ventura Rodríguez y data del año 1775.
Lo más destacado de la iglesia, junto con la fachada, es precisamente la torre. De planta basilical con tres naves con cinco tramos y un presbiterio cuadrado. Su nave central se cubre con una bóveda de cañón y con molduras geométricas y las naves laterales, con bóveda de arista.
En 1995 fue declarada Bien de Interés Cultural, con la categoría de Monasterio.
The construction of the Church of St. Peter Ad Vincula, in 1600, is due to Juan de Herrera, the famous architect of the Monastery of El Escorial. The current tower is by Ventura Rodriguez and dates from 1775. The highlight of the church, along with the facade, is precisely the tower. A basilica with three naves with five sections and a presbytery square. Its central nave covered with a barrel vault and geometric moldings and side aisles with groin vault. In 1995 it was declared a Cultural, with the rank of Monastery.
