St George's Church

This is the focal point of the beautiful village of on the peninsula of Istria, Slovenia. This wonderful 12th century church is of Italian influence. In fact its bell tower was inspired by the Campanile of St. Mark's Church in Venice. It's also located on a hill, so the views you have from it are fabulous. If you're more adventurous than me, you can climb up the bell tower.
