Sant'Ana Church

The Church of Santa Ana was built in the eighteenth century and is in Plaza Jacinto d'Ayet. On the main altar there's an altarpiece attributed to Francis Xavier Gueldelha and João Baptista. Inside there's also an altar of Our Lady of Sorrows which is a carved wooden image of Christ crucified. Like the Mother Church Our Lady of the Conception (Nossa Senhora da Concediâo) it was impossible to visit as it was closed.
