Plaza de Regla

En la parte más alta de León, al final de la peatonal [poi=53689]Calle Ancha[/poi] nos encontramos con la Plaza de Regla, donde se encuentra el monumento más importante: La imponente Catedral gótica, que alberga el [poi=48532]Museo Catedralicio y Diocesano[/poi]. Pero esta plaza tiene múltiples lugares de interés: -La [poi=52284]oficina de información y turismo[/poi], ubicada bajo los soportales frente a la catedral. -El [poi=53686]Museo Sierra-Pambley [/poi]. -Dos [poi=48270]esculturas urbanas[/poi]: Homenaje a los Constructores de Catedrales, y padre con niño contemplando la Catedral. -El edificio de la antigua Diputación, que aún sigue albergando algunas dependencias de oficinas. -El Seminario de curas, haciendo esquina con la calle que baja directamente a la [poi=48231]Plaza Mayor [/poi]. -La Cripta de Puerta Obispo, unas ruinas romanas encontradas, donde da comienzo la [poi=48526]Ruta del León romano[/poi]. Además, esta plaza es, junto con la de [poi=53688]Santo Domingo[/poi], escenario de múltiples eventos.
