Spiaggia “dello Sporting”

Sita esattamente sotto l’Hotel omonimo, la spiaggia è una delle più suggestive del territorio aequano. L’ascensore, in quanto servizio spiaggia a pagamento, permette di discendere in pochi minuti in una grotta scavata all’interno della roccia (di piacevole frescura nei mesi estivi!) dalla quale si accede poi alla spiaggia di ciottoli e sabbia, sovrastata dalla cattedrale di Vico Equense. Una volta giù, si può decidere di posizionarsi nell’area privata o pubblica della spiaggia. In ogni caso, con il biglietto dell’ascensore (6,50 euro per gli adulti, 3,00 per i bambini dai 4 ai 12 anni per l’anno 2015) si ha diritto alla discesa ed alla risalita nonché ad alcuni servizi spiaggia offerti dallo stabilimento (spogliatoi, toilette, doccia fredda, sorveglianza, salvataggio, primo soccorso). Sdraio, lettini e ombrelloni sono, invece, a pagamento (oltre al prezzo dell’ascensore). Per l’anno 2015, il listino prezzi prevede la quota di 4,00 euro per una sdraio dalla II alla IV fila e 5,50 euro in I fila; 7,50 euro danno, invece, diritto ad un lettino dalla II alla IV fila e 8,50 in I fila; 5,50 euro vanno spesi per un ombrellone dalla II alla IV fila, mentre 6,50 per la I fila. In loco vi è un bar dove è possibile anche consumare pizze o primi. Ai lati della spiaggia ravvisabile dalla terrazza di “Puntamare” (è proprio da qui che si prende l’ascensore), vi sono scogli molto particolari segnati dall’erosione degli agenti atmosferici. Va tenuto presente che il sole giunge in spiaggia dalle ore 12.00 circa in poi, ragion per la quale la spiaggia è sconsigliata a chi ama andare al mare unicamente al mattino.
