The Sydney Spanish Quarter is a neighbourhood in the heart of Sydney that's clearly influenced by Spanish culture. It was formerly frequented by the city's large colony of Spanish immigrants, and even though it's no longer so popular with the Spanish, you'll be amazed at the restaurants and "deli" shops with Spanish products on Liverpool Street, Kent Street and the vicinity. I've eaten at the Don Quixote Restaurant (545 Kent St, Cnr. Liverpool St.) 'https://www.donquixoterestaurant.com.au/' owned by a Galician who has been living for more than thirty years in Australia and has all kinds of food, Spanish wines and beers of very good quality.
