To tell the truth, when I saw the Spartans of this restaurant tables placed in the middle of a pretty little square in the heart of Capo market I thought it was a beautiful and good tourist trap. It's almost always the case: happy places with a beautiful location ready for customers who find it by 'good luck'. And in fact there were some foreigners. Imagine the surprise when I discovered tasty, well-made Sicilian cuisine with a touch of creativity, friendly service and a fair price. Praise the spaghetti with sea urchins, but also swordfish meatballs were outstanding. I pitied the foreign tourists next to me who ordered ham and melon, and a simple caprese salad.
Then I found something out that would have made it so easy: the place was full of Sicilians, but they were all inside the restaurant, away from the chaos of the market that perhaps wasn't picturesque enough for the tourists.
