Pertenece al municipio de Pravia, pero esta solo a un kilómetro escaso de Muros del Nalón. Es el lugar donde mayor concentración de casas de indianos existe, y me chiflan esas casas. Casi todas edificios singulares en medio de un prao. Destaca la Casa Amarilla o La Torre que se divisa desde todos lados, o el Palacete de Marciel. Tiene hoteles y casas rurales. Un sitio precioso que merece la pena asomarse a el.
