Port of Soller

Justo pasando el pueblo de Soller, también en coche, está una zona totalmente diferente al pueblo en sí. Ya no está en zona montañosa sino que al lado de la costa. Es un centro turístico construido alrededor de un puerto natural, uno de los pocos refugios para los navegantes en la costa norte de Mallorca, la espectacularidad de la cual se puede admirar durante una de las excursiones con embarcaciones que salen del puerto. Se puede llegar en un antiguo tranvía que recorre los 5 km que lo separan de Sóller, de hecho es el medio de transporte escogido por centenares de turistas que cada día llegan al valle de Sóller en tren desde Palma de Mallorca.

Salen del puerto de Sóller, no hay pérdida porque el edificio es grande y un gran cartel los anuncia. Es una empresa dedicada a navegar con su flota de barcos la costa norte de la isla, Cala Tuent, Sa Calobra o Sa Foradada son sus vistas. El descubrimiento del Torrent de Pareis, ha sido espectacular para mi, un grandioso paisaje al que se puede acceder en este barco, o por una carretera de infinitas curvas. La sierra de Tramuntana desde el mar es preciosa. Solo hay que bajar del barco en la última parada, y volver a las tres horas, o en función de la jornada que decidas organizar. Recomiendo tomar el tren viejo de ida, nosotros caminamos por Soller un rato y luego tomamos un taxi al puerto, es más barato que el tram, estuvimos en el maravilloso puerto donde tomamos el sol un rato y una deliciosa sangría, aunque no me anime a comprar souvenirs ya que son mucho más caros que en todo Mallorca. Regresamos en camión hasta palma. Muy recomendable la visita. Es hermoso

I recommend taking the old train way, we walk by Soller a while and then took a taxi to the port, is cheaper than the tram, we were in the beautiful port where the sun took a while and a delicious sangria, but not encourage me to buy souvenirs as they are much more expensive than around Mallorca. Un vieux tramway relie Sóller au Port de Sóller, distant de 4 km, en 30 minutes. La ville s'étire autour d'une jolie baie en forme de coquillage, qui permet aux plages d'être bien abritées et très tranquilles. Port de Sóller fut l'une des premières stations balnéaires de l'île de Majorque. Au bout du port, le petit quartier de Santa Catalina est le vieux village de Port de Sóller, avec ses ruelles en pente, ses escaliers et son ancienne chapelle. De là-haut s'offre un beau panorama sur le port et la mer.

El deseo de conocer su famoso tren te hace estar expectante ya que se utiliza mucho para bajar y subir al Puerto de Soller desde el pueblo de Soller. Hay un ambiente de descubrir y se llena de gentes viajeras de muchos lugares, la llegada al Puerto de Soller es muy bonita y es descubrir ese puerto y sus rincones, me ha encantado dicho lugar, es una experiencia hermosa y que volveré a repetir, verano 2015.

Un bello rincón de la costa de Mallorca en los que confluyen estupendos restaurantes para comer pescado fresco y marisco. Un entorno cercano lleno de vegetación y plantaciones de naranjos que dan una fragancia especial y un paisaje con sus playas, miradores y puerto de pescadores que completan un rincón que se recordará con nostalgia.

De sobras son conocidas las famosas gambas de Sóller. En los restaurantes del Puerto de Sóller las podréis encontrar en un sinfín de variedades culinarias. Baratas no son, ya os aviso, pero tienen un saber y una textura que ninguna otra gamba puede competir con ellas.

Lugar para descansar y relajarte, pasear por el paseo marítimo viendo el anochecer, darte un baño en la playa, coger un barco y hacer turismo en Torrent de Pareis, ¡un sitio alucinante! Es obligatorio visitarlo, aguas cristalinas a las que accedes a través de un túnel hecho en la roca.

Conocí Soller porque es el final de una regata a vela que se hace desde Barcelona. La entrada desde el mar en esa preciosa bahía es espectacular. Un pueblo precioso, tranquilo y con una luz espectacular.

Desde el centro de Sóller, lugar muy acogedor y habitantes muy hospitalarios, tomamos el tranvía para recorrer los 5 km hasta el Puerto. Una vez allí paseamos por su paseo marítimo, comimos en un Wok asiático con empleados muy amables, pocos comensales y comida bien servida. Viajar con niños es lo que tiene: Muy recomendado.

From the center of Soller, very welcoming and very hospitable people, took the trolley to travel the five miles to the Port. Once there we walk along its promenade, ate at an Asian Wok with very friendly employees, few diners and well served food. Traveling with children is what I have: Highly recommended.

Por el precio es genial, y vemos el puesto/playa de soller. Y está lleno de restaurantes.

It is chulisimo, we stayed in a cheap hotel. For the price it"s great, and we see the stand / soller beach. And it is full of restaurants.
