Ideally located
Soggiorno Pitti is a guesthouse opposite the Palazzo Pitti on the third floor of an old Tuscan building, where you can find other guesthouses. It is very well-located, and all the city's sights can be reached on foot. The Ponte Vecchio is just five minutes away. It's affordable - about 25 euros per person per day, but a bit more expensive at the weekend. There are some areas for watching TV, and the staff are very nice. Some rooms have views of the Palazzo while others overlook an interior courtyard. Each room is different and, although ours was inadequate in terms of decor (just look at the pictures with the combination of pink and blue), the bathroom was new and the shower had great water pressure.
