This is an important cultural centre that enjoys great international prestige and conducts exchange programmes with major international institutions. They have more than 3,000 works by renowned artists, including Miro, Victor Vasarely, Botero, Riverse, Auguste Rodin, Jacobo Borges, Georges Braque, Henri Laurens, Francis Bacon, Marisol, Larry Rivers, and more. There's also a great library, filled with books on art. There's an auditorium where concerts frequently take place, a Braille unit for people with visual impairments, a media centre, museum shop, and cafe where the food is good and cheap.
