A good restaurant

This restaurant belongs to the Hotel Bloom, and is located in the lobby. It has been divided into different environments, with low light and music specifically created for the site by the resident DJs. The decor is modernist, with a lot of colours and motifs. It's a great design. The food is spectacular, and they have a wide selection of drinks. The dishes are generous but not cheap. If you're staying at the hotel, they'll give you a promotion. On weekdays it fills up with executives who work in the area, and at the weekend it's party central.

Concepto diferente

Un concepto diferente (que me ha encantado): una cena informal a base de tapas mientras estás charlando con tus colegas y escuchando música que el DJ pincha y compone en directo; ideal para inspirarte a comenzar la noche con una copa en este lounge bar. En cuanto a la comida, las tapas son muy originales y elaboradas, como el paté de salmón, el foie con confitura de higos, el cous cous a la menta... pero sin duda el plato estrella ha sido el sashimi de salmón con salsa de teriyaki. Hemos repetido!!

A different concept (which I loved): an informal dinner of tapas while you're chatting with your colleagues and listening to music played by a DJ and live up, ideal to inspire you to start your evening with a drink in the lounge bar. As for the food, tapas are very original and elaborate, like salmon pate, foie gras with fig jam, the cous cous with mint ... but certainly the star dish was the salmon sashimi teriyaki sauce. We repeated!
