Smoo Cave Hotel

Unfortunately, it is closed at certain times of the year (probably if you visit in November, like us, you will get the same unpleasant surprise!), This cave is located right on the Atlantic coast. During the day, at high tide, it can also not be visited. It was built around a charming and scenic walk. In the cave there is a beautiful waterfall and, for now, it is about 80 meters. The first room has been formed over centuries thanks to the continuous movement of the sea that gave birth to this natural beauty. The cave is easily accessible from the village of Durness which is just 2 km from it.
