It is worthwhile
Being a city founded by German immigrants, it is a little surprising that the most characteristic dish of Cincinnati isn't Central European. "Cincinnati-style chili" is a chili-like sauce with meat, it is usually served with spaghetti or hot dogs. In both cases, with plenty of grated cheese. Skyline Chili is a restaurant chain, one of the many specialized in this type of chili that can be found in Cincinnati and in the region. The most famous, and the place we stayed, is in a central location, just two blocks from Fountain Square. Neither outside nor inside made much of an impression - to give you an idea, it is like a typical American movie cafeteria of the 80s, with Formica tables and a type of decoration that Spain has not seen from the super-duper time.
