Skradin not a tourist spot in itself

Skradin not a tourist spot in itself, but each year thousands of tourists heading to Krka National Park pass through it. It is the nearest town to the park but people often do not visit it, this, in my opinion, is a mistake as it has great charm. Just before entering the village there is a giant parking area and it is advisable to leave you car there as most of the streets are pedestrianized. Upon entering, the first thing you find is the port. It is a very quiet little harbor surrounded by shops. Here you are able to get all the necessary information from the tourist office on Krka National Park.

You can also buy the park entrance. There are several souvenir shops, food and a bike rental place. Tourists can also take a donkey ride, there are many animals and it's cheap. At the port there is also a specialized music store that is run by a charming gentleman. When he saw that we were Spanish he was dedicated to playing Flamenco and even went out and danced. As you leave the port of Skradin the real charm of the village begins, most of the houses are brightly colored and it gives an original touch. The streets are fairly wide and modern and it is very easy to see the inhabitants of Skradin sitting in chairs on the sidewalk watching the day pass. The outskirts of town are forested and there are many short routes that traverse the small forests. If you like hiking, I recommend you go on these roads because they are beautiful and completely unknown. In Skradin you can also find several restaurants that come in handy after visiting the national park.
