Silken Indautxu hotel

Whenever I go to Bilbao for work, I stay at the Hotel Ibis Bilbao, which has a good location and a metro station near the hotel. On Sundays, I usual opt to dine in the hotel, at the Etxaniz restaurant, and it never disappoints. The menus aren't bad value (there is one for 19 € and one for 24 €) and the food is pretty good quality. Moreover, it changes with the seasons.
