Shivapuri National Park (entrance)

This national park covers the entire northern part of Kathmandu Valley. This entrance is barely a 3hour walk from the city centre or just 30 minutes by bus. You have to go to a small city Sundarijal leading into the park. From there you have to climb up a very steep stairs for more than an hour.
