For those who like sports, there is something for everyone
Sherbrooke city amazingly appeared in the tourist guidebook that I had bought in Europe. And according to me it is a mistake of the publisher. It is located far away from the axis of the river Saint Laurent on which the cities of Montreal and Quebec are built, surrounded by what locals call mountains, and I would consider rather high hills. Its center is full of bars, bakeries, diverse restaurants. The city runs at the pace of student life, since the city is home to the University of Sherbrooke. There is a small lake, two rivers, the ups and downs of the streets lead to interesting viewpoints, and all are aspects of this picturesque provincial town.
