Si estas en Guangzhou por negocios o de viaje,Shamian Island es una zona altamente recomendable para estar y alojarse,la zona fue la antigua zona de embajzdas y consulados y ejerce como zona peatonal al lado del río,siendo muy agradable y tranquila la estancia aquí,hay diversos hoteles y un youth hostel,para llegar aquí debes seguir la línea amarilla del metro y bajarte en la parada de huangsha,desde la salida atraviesas el puente y estas en Shamian. Las calles están surcadas de bonitas esculturas y por árboles que hacen de esta zona una zona muy recomendable para estar en la ciudad
