Sentiero delle Ocre

Roussillon è uno dei villaggi più incantevoli della Provenza: incastonato tra le rocce, sospeso tra le bizzarre formazioni di ocra e con le case dalle persiane colorate appollaiate sulla collina regala un colpo d’occhio unico ed inimitabile. Il centro è raccolto attorno alla piazzetta principale, tra botteghe artigianali e ristoranti un po’ troppo turistici. Le Cave d’Ocra si raggiungono direttamente dal borgo, i colori sono spettacolari ma se avete percorso i sentieri del Colorado Provenzale, potete anche fare a meno di pagare l’ingresso (€ 4) per vedere più o meno lo stesso paesaggio e tra l’altro su scala minore
