Senderismo Plasencia

Yesterday I did a nice Valcorchero route. I went up by the Camino Viejo del Puerto and down the port road. If you are spending a few days in Plasencia, it's an area you should not miss. From the highlands you can see Jerte Valley and across the region of Trasierra and Sierra de Granadilla. A mid-level route, as it is steep climb, but if you're used to walking or doing some sport you will not have much problem. In our case the output was from Santa Ana 'https://www.alberguesantaana.es/' Hostel in the center of Plasencia and from there the route we went just over 11 km.
