Square with Michelin recommended restaurant and flower pots
The Praça da Sé (Cathedral Square) is in the epicenter of the center of Bragança, outside the walls of the Citadel. This zone was constructed from the 15th century due to the growth of the city in population and business. It's a large square is decorated with pots with flowers of different colors, which is so named because it is the Church of the old Cathedral (Cathedral Bragança has recently opened). In addition to the old Cathedral, this square has 2 salient elements: A Cruise 16thI century stone and the Solar dos Calainhos a 16th century emblazoned house. From this square departs the main shopping streets of the city: La Rua da República, Herculaneum, Combatentes da Grande Guerra, Abilio Beça, and Almirante Reis. On the back is the iconic Praca Camoes, where is the Library and the Municipal Cultural Center, and the remains of the old market building.
