We stayed here for one night. We got lucky and since the upstairs was so full, we got a more private room around back of the house that had two bunk beds, a futon and it's own bathroom. We had access to a small living room and kitchen in the main house and our door led out into the courtyard behind the house. The owner was so nice and easy to work with. The house is located right in the middle of downtown within walking distance of pretty much everything.
