Saturday Market

Every Saturday in Bruges from about 8.30 in the morning in the T and Z Square, next to the Concert Hall and one of the main entrances to the city from the train station, you can find the city's weekly market. Not many tourists visit here and you can find similar things to any market - clothing, fruits, meat, different types of cheeses, artisan sweets or pastries typical of this area (I recommend that you try a bun called mate tart). Also, of course, you can find the famous Belgian chocolates and truffles. Another attraction is that the prices here are usually much lower than in the shops in the city.
